Terms of Service
These terms explain how Zolsu works, what organisers are responsible for, and how bookings and payments are handled.
1. About Zolsu
Zolsu is a booking platform for yoga, wellness, workshop, class, event and retreat organisers. Organisers can create a booking page, share it with customers, and accept online payments through Stripe.
Zolsu provides the software used to create and manage booking pages. The organiser is responsible for the event, the accuracy of the event information, customer communication, cancellations, refunds, and delivery of the event.
2. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who uses Zolsu, including organisers who create booking pages and customers who book through those pages.
By using Zolsu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
3. Organiser responsibilities
If you create a booking page on Zolsu, you are responsible for making sure that:
- your event information is accurate and not misleading;
- you have the right to sell places for the event;
- you honour confirmed bookings unless you have a valid reason to cancel;
- you clearly communicate any event rules, age limits, health requirements or cancellation terms;
- you comply with any laws, licences, permissions, insurance requirements or venue rules that apply to your event;
- you deal with customer questions, cancellations, complaints and refund requests fairly.
Zolsu may remove or restrict any booking page that appears misleading, unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent or harmful to the reputation of the platform.
4. Customer bookings
When a customer books through Zolsu, they are booking a place at an event run by the organiser. Zolsu is not the organiser of the event unless this is clearly stated on the booking page.
Customers should review the event date, location, price, organiser details, cancellation terms and any other event information before paying.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Organisers may be asked to complete Stripe onboarding before they can accept live payments. Zolsu does not store full card details.
Zolsu may charge a platform fee on bookings. Stripe may also charge payment processing fees. The applicable amount may depend on the event price, payment method and Stripe account setup.
If a payment fails, the booking is not confirmed. A booking is only treated as confirmed when the payment has been successfully completed and recorded by Zolsu.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are managed by the organiser, unless Zolsu clearly states otherwise. Each organiser is responsible for setting and following their own refund and cancellation approach.
If an organiser cancels an event, they are responsible for contacting affected customers and arranging any refunds that are due.
Zolsu may help with payment records and technical issues, but Zolsu is not responsible for refunding a customer where the organiser is responsible for the event.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use Zolsu for anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive. You must not use Zolsu to sell events, goods or services that violate Stripe rules or any applicable law.
You must not attempt to interfere with the service, access data that is not yours, reverse engineer the platform, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use Zolsu to send spam.
8. Account and link security
Organiser dashboard links are private. If you receive a private organiser link, you must keep it safe. Anyone with access to the private link may be able to view booking information for that event.
If you believe a private link has been shared with the wrong person, contact Zolsu as soon as possible at hello@zolsu.com.
9. Availability and changes
Zolsu is provided on an as available basis. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error free.
We may update, improve, suspend or withdraw parts of the service where needed for security, maintenance, legal, payment processing or business reasons.
10. Data and privacy
Zolsu collects and uses personal data to provide booking pages, process bookings, send emails, support organisers and maintain the platform. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
11. Liability
Zolsu is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, timing, location or delivery of events created by organisers.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zolsu is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or losses caused by an organiser, customer, venue, third party provider or payment processor.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
12. Ending use of Zolsu
You may stop using Zolsu at any time. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the service is being misused, if required by law, if required by Stripe, or if there is a risk to customers, organisers or Zolsu.
13. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, contact us at hello@zolsu.com.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless consumer law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Zolsu after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
